Bproperty customers get 9.5 pc interest rate on home loan from DBBL

Dhaka : Bproperty.com Limited and Dutch-Bangla Bank signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which allows Bproperty customers to avail a very attractive interest rate of 9.5 per cent on home loans from Dutch-Bangla Bank and 9 per cent interest rate if they are transferred from other banks. They will have to pay 1 per cent processing fee.

The MoU between Bproperty and Dutch-Bangla Bank was signed at Bproperty Headquarters at Gulshan in the capital. Mark Nosworthy, CEO of Bproperty and Khalid Bin Rahman, First Vice President of Dutch-Bangla Bank signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

Speaking on the occasion, Mark Nosworthy, CEO of Bproperty said, "Bproperty is a huge property marketplace where many people will find their desired residences. At the same time, they can receive advice for property related financial and legal matters. We have signed the agreement with Dutch-Bangla Bank keeping our clients' demands in mind. This bank will provide home loans with the lowest interest rate to Bproperty's customers. The agreement will ease the perceived difficulty of trading properties and take the real estate sector of the country forward."

On behalf of Dutch-Bangla Bank, Abedur Rahman Sikder, SEVP and Chief of Retail and SME Business, Rashedul Huq, Vice President, Md Hasanuzza-man, FAVP and Regional Head of National Sales, Mohammad Mosarraf Hossain, FAVP and Regional Head of Branch Sales and Md Mostafizur Rahman, Executive Officer, Product and Business Development were also present on the occasion.

On the other hand, from Bproperty, Khondoker Rejbeen Ahsan, Head of Operations and Md Zaidul Islam, Corporate Business Manager were present at the ceremony.
