Dhaka : Renowned chef Hassan Koubaissi has taken on the role of Executive Chef at Amari Dhaka with a view to introducing a unique contemporary line of dishes, many of which will be a first in Bangladesh.
Chef Hassan Koubaissi started his career in 1998 with Intercon-tinental Hotel, UAE. Having over 20 years of professional experience, Koubaissi has managed and developed food and beverage production in various five-star hotels and resorts all over the globe including Doha, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Pakistan, Bahrain and Abu Dhabi.
When it comes to his culinary style, he tries to bring innovation staying true to modern trends while fulfilling customers' requirements.
His most recent tenure was at Sharq Village Hotel Spa as Executive Sous Chef. Before, the chef has served as the Executive Head Chef at Hilton Dead Sea Resort and Spa and even Sheraton Beach, UAE Sharjah.
His professional portfolio includes playing the role of Executive Chef at Roasewood Al Faisaliah Suites and Resorts, Saudi Arabia; Shangri-La Hotel Barr Al Jissah Resort and Marriort Hotel Islamabad.
