Dhaka: Singapore Airlines is set to start three weekly services on Airbus A350 between Bengaluru and Singapore from May making Kempegowda International Airport (KIA), Bengaluru the second airport to operate this aircraft in India.
Currently, there are daily services of Singapore Airlines between Mumbai and Singapore.
David Lim, General Manager (India), Singapore Airlines, said, “We will continue to operate seven weekly services on Boeing 777-200R and add three weekly ones on Airbus A350 medium-haul aircraft in May. SilkAir will increase from five to six weekly services.”
Lim also mentioned that within their network, passengers can travel from Singapore to A350 destinations in the US, Australia and Asia.
