Dhaka: Biman Bangladesh Airlines has started their Service Week from May 2 – 8 with the slogan “Be Biman’s guest, receive better service”.
Ziauddin Ahmed, Director, Administration of Biman inaugurated the service week by cutting a cake at the head office Balaka of Biman Bangladesh Airlines on May 2.
“Biman is receiving more and more passengers constantly. I urge the Biman officials to be more caring towards earning the faith of the passengers by providing better services. I also expect that all the stakeholders of Biman will continue to support us to ensure better services to passengers,” said Ziauddin Ahmed.
On the occasion, the national flag carrier is offering 15pc discount on Dhaka-Bangkok-Dhaka, Dhaka-Kathmandu-Dhaka and Dhaka-Yangon-Dhaka routes.
Also, in this week, passengers of Biman and all foreign airlines arriving to Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport are also getting to avail baggage delivery in 20-60 minutes.
There are new variations in Biman’s in-flight catering and service. Lastly, better services are provided in all sales counters of the flag carrier as well as Lost and Found section of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
