Bproperty now exclusively markets Kunjo’s commercial property project

Dhaka: The property solutions provider Bproperty now exclusively markets Kunjo Developer Ltd’s new commercial property project after the two organisations signed an agreement to this purpose recently at the latter’s head office in the city.

Mark Nosworthy, CEO of Bproperty and Nasir U Mahmood, Chairman of Kunjo Developers Ltd signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

Speaking on the occasion, Mark Nosworthy, CEO, Bproperty, said, “RS Kunjo is a great addition to our database of leading commercial projects. We are excited and hopeful that this will be in interest of our long list of clients looking for an excellent place to move their businesses to. Anyone looking for commercial properties at Uttara will greatly benefit from this project.”

The project named RS Kunjo is located at Sector 13 of Uttara. It is built on 10 Katha land that comprises of nine floors along with a basement and a ground floor. This commercial building will have a 100 feet entrance road with an additional 20 feet dedicated space for pickup and drop off by vehicle.

There will be a total of 10 units in RS Kunjo, with the size of each unit being 4977 square feet. Other amenities include electricity and backup electricity, waste disposal, and a total of 17 parking spaces (one for each unit) and two separate lifts.

RS Kunjo is surrounded by a number of renowned landmarks such as Lubana General Hospital, Mercantile Bank, Uttara Bank, Income Tax Area-9, Labaid Hospital, Ibn Sina Hospital, Laser Treat Clinic, Premier School and Domino's Pizza.

Khairul Alam Rana, Manager, Business Development, Khandaker Ratool bin Rahman, Senior Executive, Business Development of Bproperty and Salman Mahmood, Managing Director of Kunjo Developers were also present at the signing ceremony.
