NOVOAIR resumes flights to Jashore from today

Dhaka: Private carrier NOVOAIR has resumed domestic flights to Jashore from today, June 11 while the airline's flights to Chattogram, Sylhet and Saidpur restarted from Dhaka earlier on June 1.

The airline is operating three daily flights to/from Chattogram and Saidpur, four daily flights to/from Jashore and one daily flight to/from Sylhet from today.

NOVOAIR wants to ensure safe air travel for passengers amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the carrier is sincerely complying the health safety and hygiene directives of CAAB, ICAO, IATA and WHO.

NOVOAIR welcomes all passengers to board their aircraft for travel and thus requests their agencies/business partners to be guided by the following before issuance of tickets:

Passengers should report to the airport before 90 minutes (maximum) and 30 minutes (minimum) of flight departure.

It is mandatory for all passengers to wear masks and hand gloves all the way from entering the airport to delivery of baggage on arrival.

Any passenger with minimum COVID-19 symptom or body temperature of 99° Fahrenheit or above should avoid travelling on air.

Passengers to maintain social distance in different part of the airport area as shall be guided by the airline and airport Authority.

No Passenger meal shall be offered by the airlines except plain water.

Passengers should be encouraged to use the airline's web check-in for contactless check-in and to avoid queue in check-in counters.
