NOVOAIR flies 16 Indian sailors stranded in BD to Guwahati

Dhaka: Private carrier NOVOAIR flew 16 Indian sailors stranded in Bangladesh due to the coronavirus pandemic back home on a special flight today on July 10.

The special flight of the airline landed in Guwahati with the Indian sailors today at 1:18 pm local time.

This marks the first direct flight of the airline between Dhaka and Guwahati, the capital of Assam.

NOVOAIR currently operates daily three flights from Dhaka to Chattogram and Jashore, four flights to Saidpur and one flight to Sylhet in compliance with the health guidelines issued by the government.
