Dhaka: Singapore Airlines has announced to increase its flight services to daily between London Heathrow and Singapore Changi airport from August 1.

The carrier is currently operating three flights per week on the route.

A number of promotional fares are also running on connecting flights to Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand, for bookings made in the next few days.

Return flights to Penang are available from GBP 515, Phuket from GBP 525, and Denpasar from GBP 575.

Tickets must be booked by July 30, for travel between February 1, 2021 and May 31, 2021.

The airline is also currently offering complimentary rebooking on all flights booked between March 5 and August 31 – top-up fees may apply for any fare differences.

Earlier this month, Singapore Airlines announced plans to increase frequency on selected services in August and September, although group capacity will still be at just 7 per cent of pre-COVID levels.

The carrier has produced a series of Facebook videos detailing the health and safety measures it has put in place as a result of COVID-19. The most recent of these focuses on food preparation.
