Dhaka: Private carrier US-Bangla Airlines launched one weekly flight on the Chattogram-Muscat-Chattogram route from October 14.
Speaking on the occasion, Kamrul Islam, General Manager of Public Relations, US-Bangla Airlines, said, “The Muscat-bound flights will leave at 8:30 pm every Wednesday from Hazrat Shah Amanat International Airport in Chattogram and land in Muscat at 11:30 pm (local time). The return flight will leave Muscat every Thursday at 12:30 pm local time and land in Chattogram at 7:15 am."
The airline also operates two weekly flights on the Dhaka-Muscat route. “Our flights leave Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) for Muscat at 10 pm on Monday and Thursday and land in Muscat at 1:00 pm (local time) on Tuesday and Friday, every week. The return flights, on the other hand, depart Muscat for Dhaka at 2:00 pm local time on Tuesday and Friday and land at HSIA in Dhaka at 8:30 am,” Kamrul Islam added.
US-Bangla Airlines has a total of 13 aircraft, including six brand new ATR 72-600s, three Dash 8-Q400s and four Boeing 737-800s.
The airlines also operates one weekly flight from Dhaka to Guangzhou and two weekly flights to Kuala Lumpur.
