Turkish: Turkish Airlines has launched direct flights from Istanbul to Aqaba, the carrier’s second destination in Jordan after Amman.
Aqaba flights will be operated three times a week. Round trip fares from Istanbul to Aqaba start at $404 (including taxes and fees).
Additionally, there is a special offer for Miles & Smiles members that can be used for trips departing from Turkey and completed by June 11, and trips departing from Aqaba and completed by June 12. The airline is offering a 25 percent reduction in the miles needed to redeem either award tickets or upgrades.
Established in 1933, Turkish Airlines has a fleet of 328 (passenger and cargo) aircraft flying to 303 worldwide destinations as 254 international and 49 domestic, in 121 countries.
