Bangla staples remain at the core, with dishes such as beef mezbani, kala bhuna, ilish paturi, loitta fry, dal, and an array of bhortas drawing steady attention from domestic visitors. Seafood, unsurprisingly, is a major highlight, with offerings like dab chingri and coral paturi - grilled and wrapped in banana leaf - bringing coastal flavors to the table in traditional style. For those looking beyond local cuisine, Jhinuk also offers continental, Thai, and Chinese dishes, a nod to the increasingly diverse palate of Cox's Bazar's tourist crowd. This blend allows the restaurant to cater to both food adventurers and those seeking familiar international flavors.
